Wow, it's been over a year since I updated this... I guess I've just been preoccupied with my art. Since leaving my job over a year and a half ago, I've been taking classes and brushing up on my skills as my new full time job. The goal that I'm shooting for is to teach. In order to do that, I need to beef up on my skills and I'm trying to get an MFA. And, in order to do that, I need a better portfolio and CV. Unfortunately, all this work means I end up de-prioritizing my dA account, as well as a number of other social networking sites. May you all have a happy and joyous time celebrating whatever it is you celebrate! What you choose to celebrate in your personal life is no business of mine as long as you don't make it your business to care about what I choose to celebrate in mine. I was going to post something about my confusion about the behaviors of people during this time of year, but I changed my mind. When it comes down to it, I really don't care what other people do. I told myself that I wouldn't consider moving into the hot shop until I was able to make a goblet in the flame shop. I was finally able to do that last fall, so when I had the chance to go back to Penland for fall concentration again this year, I signed up for the hot shop. I

Thank you very much for the favorite! : D It really means a lot to me that you enjoy my work
I SO wish I could do ceramics like you.
They're fantastic.
Hey Joe! Long time no speak! I hope you are planning on stopping by stART this year again. I'll be setting up with a friend again. This time with more varied work, less Costa Rica stuff for sure. Anyway, I hope you're doing well and working away at new stuff!
Great hearing from you! wow, is stART time creeping up already? I'm planning on attending, but I probably won't have a table or anything this year.
Yeah it's in September again. Hope to see you there! Hopefully its stops raining by then... :|
I adore your gallery. I just love glasswork!
